Program readings parse the upgradeable-loader ProgramData account (last deploy slot, deployed bytes) and the on-chain Anchor IDL (build version, upgraded in place with every program upgrade). Vault and registry PDAs are re-derived from their seeds on every sweep. Supply telemetry is mainnet-pinned; program and vault Explorer links follow the cluster toggle above.
